The base of the
champagne glass separates from the glass. Center a 12" tulle circle across the detached base then insert the stem of the glass into the base. Put a glob of glue on the stem, about half way up from the base. Then pull up the tulle and place it on the glue. That will be the back of project. You then can glue the ribbon and the rings in the front. Hot glue will be easier to hold the tulle. |
