• Fold a 9 by 18 inch paper in half and draw a line length wise on the side that’s open, not the folded side, at least two inches from the edge.
• Then mark every half inch horizontally and draw a straight line across the rest of the paper till the folded edge.
• Start cutting the lines from the folded side when you’re done and then roll it.
• Staple several of these tube-like shapes together till it’s big enough to form a wreath of your choice.
